There was a time not so long ago where ALL the information about the problems she was having would have been something she said to members first and then percolated out to the wider fanbase along with an official announcement of course. This time she talked about the reasons mainly (and barely) in scuffed/unarchived public streams and twitter gave no further information to members and didn't even have a goodbye post.

It is not as simple as her not caring, you can argue she doesn't but she always at least did a good job making members feel like she did and being far more open with them in general, this time she couldn't even PRETEND to give a fuck. And it is not the only thing she couldn't pretend to give a fuck about this year, hearing her talking about the prospect of going to Japan was actually depressing - she couldn't have sounded more unenthused about the whole thing if she tried. Something has made her utterly checked out of hololive to the point where I wonder if a hiatus is even going to be enough or if it is just going to reinforce how much she hates this job at this point.
