This is a bit sacrilegious to say here but unless you're completely shooting from the hip you're going to hit an understanding of their personality that's good enough for side-character use just from clips and general descriptions of their on-stream persona.
Obviously you need to at least watch highlights/non-meme clips if you want to use them for than that but you don't need stream knowledge if they're not going to be used as main character... though that's kind of obvious since you're not really going to make fanfics of character you don't know in the first place.

Naturally, you'll need to do SOME research into their basic mannerisms and personalities. The more focal the character, the more research needed.

Additionally, one important thing to note is that through your writing, you'll naturally portray the characters through the lens of your own perception. This is normal, so don't get too hung up on nailing a perfect facsimile of the chuuba (just don't use that as an excuse to make them all OOC unless it's explicitly a bizarro world). Some people write this or that character in a little bit meaner way, or a little bit softer, or a little bit more or less friendly... depends on the setting and depends on the author. I can only speak for myself, but part of the charm of reading fics is seeing the different interpretations of a same character. If you think nudging their behavior slightly in a given direction helps the story, go for it.

I'd agree with other anons that reading other fics is one of the more fun ways to get a feel for how a chuuba can behave, especially if the setting in those fics might be similar to the one you want to write.

I personally will in addition to watching a few streams and meaningful clips, go into the dedicated thread for the chuuba as well as scan most of their fanart. I also have a few buddies that can help give me rundowns of a few specific chuubas and I can ask shit like "does this make sense for them react to the situation in this way? Or am I completely off base?"

Also, don't be afraid to take your own interpretations, since in your fic, the chuuba will have unique experiences that help to shape how they will respond to things.

For one I'm not crazy about blacked, it just does nothing for me, and as opposed to the first fic, this one rubbed me the wrong way, Fubuki bribing you more or less so she can continue to fuck black cock left and right. like Dusk, this had some elements I liked and some I didn't. Both being made by the same guy, I knew there would be a bit of an overlap of a few elements, The writer clearly knows what he likes and even though it wasn't what I liked, I had to keep reading since it seemed to be what the writer was passionate about. This time around it focussed more on the heartbreak of seeing your wife NTR you. I liked the protagonist of dusk a little better, questioning why he liked seeing Fubuki cuck him while drowning in his lust and seeing her succumb to cock. The ending to this one was a tad predictable once I figured out the setting but it wasn't a bad thing. I would have liked a scene or two where Fubuki expresses how much she hates the other guys, or if the guys talked dirty to her would have been nice. once again not a bad fic, just missed a few key notes that would have made it better.
