I was a bit disappointed music wise, Overture was okay but not great, the live though was incredible. I like the new album even though it still doesn't have any outstanding banger like many from the first album. I didn't like that she took so many breaks, I understand that the one for the surgery was necessary but the May one was too long considering she had taken another one in January, but I understand since she was insanely busy this year. I enjoyed micomet and startend, always wanted to see her get closer to Aqua so it was nice. Shiraken was good too in the sense that Suityan had a great time with her friends, but content wise I preferred 2021 shiraken, when they were just silly together rather than more project / business oriented. Overall a good year, hopefully next one will be even better.

Overall, yes. I just think 2021 was a bit better. For 2023 I'm looking forward for the concert, and hoping for an Akutan offcollab and Pekora collab, since all 3 are flirting with their respective ideas.

All the breaks were bit of a drag, but honestly the throat surgery for example hit a period when I really didn't have the time to watch streams, so it wasn't all that bad for me personally. Due to all the offstream work there were some disappointing streams where she went in unprepared though, and the Tales of Abyss videos were honestly quite boring. The shorts are a good start, but need some honing, I think.

On the other hand, StartEnd was great and made me actually like Apex the tiniest bit, Shiraken continued to be fun, and there were plenty of fun streams like the voiceless one during her break as well as other stuff like Vtuber Music Radio. All the music that got released was great; I hope to see more MGO and Template is has a good chance of being my favourite Suisei song so far.
