Nah the other times when they were streaming in the JST Evenings they have no way of knowing when they'll actually be back to stream outside of a general timeslot which is why they can't put up reservations, and on top of that they apparently have no access to the internet when they leave wherever they stay so they can't even update on twitter. So that much is understandable. If they have an actual schedule for the day where they know how long they'll be out, or if it's a morning stream, it's easier to put up a reservation for it (like this Mariokart stream)
