Mori no shot, she has WAY too much invested in her record deal, which depends on her continued identity as "Mori". It's way more likely she shifts focus, making 99% of "Mori" activities being music releases and promo thereof, and focus efforts on her alter-ego for gaming/etc.

Ina and Gura, if they can't get RL stuff in order, may negotiate an Ayame-style arrangement with Cover due to their seniority/popularity of their associated image as marketable goods, and will start to show up only once every few months. It's unlikely they will properly graduate as long as that works.

Everyone else has zero reason to quit. Barring some unpredictable event in their lives that is as yet completely unknown, they will remain through 2023.
