I think most of it is hard work and ingenuity, she scouted out talented devs/artists and now more than one of them are working with hololive in a official capacity, Kanauru is contributing to a very important project with holoJP now. Beyond that her vrchat projects have led to cover actually officially getting into a partnership with VRchat for holomeet stuff.
She also started quite a few trends inside hololive, the legs thing and outfit predictions.
I am not sure if I would call her naturally talented at anything but she is creative and a hardworker so she makes herself indispensable to hololive anyway.

For biggest bang for your buck, Hololive's biggest headturning pickup was Mel in Gen1* Gen0. One of the best ASMRtists, a renowned utaite with an extensive track record, an underground idol and a very sizeable presence on NND. Keep in mind that at the time in Spring 2018 that Hololive was still an unproven concept. Startup companies don't just land talents that big regularly, if ever.
