Back in march, there were way less chuubas to watch, there was no overlap or very little, so people liveblogged about stuff, now there is just way too many chuubas, people are either focusing on multi-stream drifting or can't be bothered to post about what's happening on the stream without something big or very interesting happening. Even the tsunderia general has very little liveposting during streams if you look at it.
So it either becomes a reply chain about something that happened or more anons that are tuned in comment when a big thing happens, others ask for context, and some create rrats.

I see you don't know much about it. A humanoid armature is pretty easy to set up. The physics is a simple script you attach to your weight painted rigged hair/boobs/etc, takes like 5 minutes. The mouth sync and blink are done by blendshapes which also take no time to set up. For a PS1 model it'd be even easier and you'd just need to set up a texture sheet to animate with blendshapes.

Genuinely 99% of the work is in creating the actual model the rest of it is junk a monkey with the most basic skills can do.
