Very early on after the reset, I noticed a bug with rapid sells of an item if the browser lagged for a bit. Granted, it was very early on, so all I could afford was Choco, Suisei, Marine - but I am permanently earning -7 less choc than I should be. Not sure why it isn't 10 since it was a bugged Suisei. Potentially more, although I've been careful to click sells slowly. And yes, it did also dupe the value of the sold item.

The ideal price limit for each of the ranks below botan are, starting from choco, 10 000, 100 000, 800 000, 4 700 000, and 26 000 000. Your Kiaras are about 3x more expensive than they ideally would be, so I would sell them and re-invest the chocos into Botan or Kanata, or even the earlier tiers.

In short, sell some of your shions, untill you get close to the ideal price limit (4 400 000 000 chocos), and invest the chocos you get from selling these (and some of your other less efficient purchases) into the buildings that are closer to their ideal price limits.

I'd say the optimal build for you rn would be (starting at choco's) 48 - 50 - 48 - 43 - 38 - 42 - 27 - 19 - 12 - 6 - 1 (ending at Ina's). I dont know if you can afford the ina though, so invest the remaining chocos into anything above Botan.

tldr;
If you sell 5x of [something] (some are 6x, like aki -> luna), and after selling those 5 [something] you can buy tier up, this means you should not spend more on [something], and instead focus on the tier up one.
Example; I have 18 aki, If I sell 6 aki and I can buy 1 luna, this means 18 is the current limit of aki I should have, with each tier going up, balance your lower tier.

I dont have one, I just do those mental calcs in my head, or check them with a calculator, and then remember them

the ideal price limit is pretty easy, take the most efficient trade you have (almost always the first of the next tier), and divide the price of that with the cps it gives. For the first ina it is 100 000 choco per cps, so you just multiply the cps of each tier building with 100 000 and that gives you the upper price for efficiency that is equal to the your first ina.

2nd ina costs you 1 150 000 000 000 choco so teh ideal price limit grows to 115 000 choco per cps, so for more optimized setup you would have to buy 1-6 of the each previous tiers before you should invest into your second ina. How many you need depends on the tier and your level of autism, but for example the Shions get bumped to 5 060 000 000, the Akis to 29900000000, and Lunas to 184000000000.
Really, fuckign around with tiers lower than the previous 3 from your current highest tier has no point because those tier will comprise like 1% of your total cps at any given tier, but I find it fun so i do it and recommend others to do it too.

I think the important takeaway is thaat you should never sell any of these buildings below this price, because then you are wasting cps

I mean, my current ideal upper limit is ~215 000 choco per cps, but I have to do ~600 000 choco per cps purchases to use my remaining chocos most efficiently. I do plan on selling everything above 215 000 choco per cps once i get my Watson though.

Actually the issue is that when you close the site, it calculates the wrong amount of cookies to give you during offline time (I don't know how, and I am not 100% sure, but that's how I feel like) When I was playing on hypixel skyblock (yes, the minecraft server) there was a similar issue with calculating offline stats with resulted in less stuff to be on your island. And since few days I was getting exactly the same feeling. Considering how high I have jumped since few days I started leaving my laptop open I would say there is something that might be true.
