I disagree. Its well known that EN management is at least as restrictive as JP. The main difference is that JPs are fine with this overly safe, non innovative corporate streaming because of sytopian JP work ethics.
Kiara is just one streamer. Her, Fauna, Moom and the Ratt are seemingly only ones that truly enjoy this. Maybe Ame too but she clearly isnt happy with the company being incompetent and tech backwards because of them seemingly never seeking innovations since 2020. Take this and nepotism hires that can make Elira's look fair, since Millie and Enna actually stream and are good at this.
If you add how management literally refusing to do their work, on multiple occasions allowing antis to do whatever they want, with the worst examples being Mel's stalker issue, Aloe graduation and trying to go both ways on Taiwan issue, plus that EN management is incompetent even when they do something AND they have egocentric manager... Well, yeah, Im sure im forgetting to add many things, but seriously: with Holo management incompetency and egotripping, how do you think Selen would last with O***ga in charge?

I really doubt it. most emote artists charge like 40-60$/emote and it takes HOURS to draw, she makes way more streaming and she can ask for sponsorship, i think she just really misses drawing and wants to do it while being productive,she talked about it a while ago,also while shameless if she really struggles she can ask one of the guys with good paypigs to do no pov collab on her channel so his viewers will donate to her, she has options that pay more
