I loved every bit of it. Good atmosphere, good interaction. As a group these these 5 are very well rounded, usually vtuber groups try to cherry pick girls to give generations a good dynamic, but these 5 by sheer chance happen to compliment each other very well.
This stream further reinforced my impression of Nyana, she's actually really funny and I'm glad she developed past the coombait slut character theme.
She's fun and cute and brings a lot of energy to the stream.
Abi is very cute, great bully target too.
Mint is a weird but she's funny and brings a sort of autism to the table that really improves the overall dynamics of the group, that sort of shit can get tiring if done too much but she didn't overdo it.

Ok I have an idea hear me out. This is gonna be mucho texto.
The company is CLOSED.
It's not taking any new members, it's not doing auditions, it's not gonna debut a new gen, there's not gonna be a male gen.
You have TEN talents total already counting the guys too. That's as many members as HoloEN.
There are roughly 60 to 100 peak viewers based on the last few streams.
Sena and collabs have the highest viewership but many of the other girls struggle to reach 20. They cannot spread the viewerbase any more.
Drill this into your brains.
NO MORE at least for now.

But people have fun generating new characters and they're gonna keep doing it anyway, prompting is part of this community after all so here is my proposal, feel free to rename it for something better if you prefer:

FlaVR LeftOVERs
Basically a label for any future characters anyone wants to create. They're all LeftOVERs now.
Those characters should remain fully fictional. People may create as many as they want.
No one is supposed to use them tho, no one should pick them up. No one should make a youtube or a twitter account as them. Not even as a joke, that leads to a slippery slope and can let someone sneak their way in.
And this goes specially for the men out there, we know they vastly outnumber the girls in here and frankly they're not really wanted by a large percent of the audience.
There's a lot of them desperate to join and this is not meant to be a way for them to grift.

If the other members of the community like this idea I'd like the concept of the LeftOVERs to be something added to the OP with a very clear notice of the following:
Anyone trying to adopt a LeftOVER without first talking about it here and having most people's approval for it is basically breaching the terms established for those character.
If you do that you are basically betraying everyone here and the FLaVR talents and should not expect any sympathy or support from us because you did this shit behind everyone's back even after being told not to.

This is my general idea. I think establishing this sort of consensus is important because people are still gonna be creating new characters so instead of trying to stop it (which we cannot do ) we can at least set rules so things don't go out of control.

I'll repost this in another thread or two just to see what sort of reactions I get and if more people are on board with this.

And as I already explained spreading the audience even further will just end up hurting those who have already committed to it more.

The point originally was a meme, it was just Pippa's idea for a fun stream. She said people should do with it what they wanted.
Some people chose to start streaming with those characters.
And we chose to support them. Everyone here is free to do whatever they want, everything here is voluntary.
If some people choose to stream under an existing character, or with a new character, or even make their own we cannot really stop them. That is their freedom.
But we are also free to not support their actions. We are also free to agree to collectively not support them.
This is a very important choice we have and it's a responsibility. Even making no choice at all and letting things happen on their own is a choice.
I ask you only 3 questions. Do you care about FLaVR? Do you want what is best for it? How would you handle the matter of new characters being created?
If you don't care about it or want what is best for it then nothing you say really matters.
And if you do want what's best go ahead and propose a better way to deal with this subject.
Assume that people will continue creating new characters and people will want to use those characters to join and don't forget the impact that can have on everyone else.

I actually very much agree with this idea and think it's a good way to let people still prompt. AInons are going to creatividad autism regardless of what we do, and I would like them to continue to be able to do so without consequence. We are effectively already controlling the "who can successfully stream under the FlaVR label and who can't", whether the "I-It's supposed to just be a funny meme" crowd likes it or not, case and point Mpregs/LinKD/Invaders who all can't break 1-2 views a stream even with the FlaVR name. The small 10-15 active viewer boost we give them to start out is a lot more impactful than you all realize, putting the girls already beyond the top 7% of all streamers and putting them on the map in the algorithm. I like your idea, but I don't think it should be in the OP. I think FlaVR LeftOVERS is a great idea, and we can save designs either in the current Proompt doc we have under their own section, or we can make a new Doc that we can add to the OP where they can be dumped.
I love seeing the new characters people make up, and we are all in agreement that we shouldn't use any new characters until a later date, so I don't mind cataloging them for future reference, with documented prompts and everything. It is one of the most fun parts of FlaVR, and I'd like to see it continue in a healthy way for the community.

I only suggest having it in the OP so it's a visible and clear warning that seems more "official" hoping it will dissuade people from picking up the characters without asking first. It would save everyone the work of having to bring it up again anytime it becomes necessary and it would work as a sort of safety mechanism in case someone does try to pick a character they can't claim they didn't know they weren't supposed to.

It could be something like this:

"We believe the number of streamers in the group is already pretty big for the audience we have and don't consider it wise to have new members for the moment, the original characters being generated are for creative expression only, please do not use them without first talking it through with the thread".

Honestly I didn't expect Sens to get monetized so fast, but this really just accelerated the inevitable. Like with a lot of open source projects, once actual money comes into the equation it becomes a lot more messy. This is the make or break stage honestly, before flavr could be brushed aside as a meme, but we've shown that there are willing customers, not just fans. I'm not entirely sure if there's actual aspies eyeing this place, but if there were, they now have a huge motivator to integrate into this community (not good btw, impure motives always poisons the well) Hell, not sure why Donna's back up, but can't deny it's pretty suspicious after basically radio silence for a month.
In summary: we need to proceed carefully now more than ever, even with the remaining charas, don't arbitrary hype someone just because they're actually female. With money in the mix, we've entered a whole new ball game. Any misstep could very well topple down everything we've built up until now

So I've tried proompting a little bit, this can get addicting really quick. With this I might actually get a usable Live2D base.
