Honest opinion? I think she's too extroverted to be "relatable" to most of the vtuber audience. She's too confident too.
Her voice is not cute or sexy so it's a debuff.
I don't hate her model but it's nothing special either and it doesn't elevate her either.
I think her personality with a different voice or a different model could actually be very popular. Like you can look at Fauna as an example of someone really carried by having a cute voice, it helps Gura a lot too. Gura has both voice buff + model buff because both work perfectly for her.
You can look at Gura-lite from idol, Yuko. She has a similar perfect combination of model + voice +personality.
Or you can look at Korone, or Salome.
A lot of success as a vtuber comes from being able to have the right combination of personality, voice and design.

But I do think she deserves more. Her 'Do U' really impressed me. Especially her dancing. Gura has made two 3D Lives this year, so what is her excuse? Management? She would really be able to show off her singing and dancing abilities. Sure to gain more viewers...but it is a lot of work.
