It's sorta the opposite for me with Mumei. When I tuned into her early streams out of curiosity I fell for her immediately. Then over time I watched her less and less because I didn't care for her tastes in music or games, was turned off by her constantly being late to streams, and felt that she laid way too hard into her retarded but sadistic owl-girl kayfabe. I also blame her for popularizing guerilla-only schedules which negatively influenced a lot of other ENs.

Not dislike as i don't really hate any vtubers, but I missed the holo council announcement and debut due to being deployed in Afghanistan at the time and pretty much didn't bother with any of them until Sanas graduation announcement. Now I'm a hard-core sapling and regret not giving sana views when she streamed art.

I had a few times this has happened.
Mumei: Disliked at first but then started watching her streams when she was the only one streaming. Now I watch every stream. I think she just needed to get more comfortable and then she soared.
Kronii: Used to watch all her streams until I noticed she doesn't really have much to say. Final nail in the coffin was how I saw her treat her fans and decided to not watch someone how doesn't give a shit about her audience.
Calli: She tricked me early on but then started revealing her personality more. I'll watch her on CHADcast and that's about it.
Kiara: When she was being super try hard, I disliked her. Once she got over that phase, I started to enjoy her a lot. I think she puts in the most effort and dedication for her fans and I respect that.
Kaela and Zeta: I didn't care for them at first. Not hate but more like nothing. Now I enjoy them a bunch. Kobo I just cannot stand.
Ame: I go through waves with her. Depends on the game and her mood but I think she's the one who I'll stop watching midstream the most

I have others I watch but I haven't had any changes on how I feel about them.
