In his latest karaoke before he went on break, he complained about not having permissions to use acoustic arrangements made by his PL band, it's clear that his band meant more than Nijisanji and not being able to record stuff with them threw all his plans out the window. "But anon there was that one NijiJP guy who got to release songs with his PL band" but that's NijiJP which is operated differently. EN is notorious for having dumb restrictions that other branches don't have. He probably was forbidden altogether from doing anything with his band. If we just assume that then everything else just makes sense; why he didn't formally announce his graduation a month in advance and have a final stream. It was more important that he got to do what he want without creative limitations, there was no reason to stay in NijiEN any longer and no reason to do anymore streams. The fact that he just went back to his PL account, performed a karaoke without trouble and confirm that he'll continue streaming just proves that he's fine and probably wanted to do that from the getgo. There's still the odd way the graduation announcement was written, which made it come off like he was fired but I chalk it up to it being written by an ESL. The JP version states that it was a mutual agreement, that it was more of a creative differences thing than Yugo's behavior being outright unacceptable. So there you have it, Yugo graduated of his own volition, likely out of anger towards management and didn't bother to hold a graduation stream.
