boys, for todays discussion we are discussing /ehe~/ and its chuubanite/religion. I have the following points.

Given that our thread really doesn't have many schizos, its been a long time honestly so I am not sure how common schizos and heretics are. However, it would be more them not obeying the principles of the religion in general. How we punish them would be up to the local authorities, but heresy is a crime.

I agree about the headcanon stuff, in fact, I sort of think that really is the biggest problem with a lot of things is headcanon is pressumed. In this situation, i don't think its a problem however and as for the benefit repped nations, that seemed more like something that ehe could as a means of trade to me if they so desired. I think it's too derivative of some of the basic concepts of /ouh/ and doesn't pull enough from how Kobo and Kobokers typically act as well as how they're seen by the board as a whole. I think the shaman aspect should be really focused on in order to flesh them out, maybe have their culture be based around a particular river and have their civilization oriented around shamanic rituals, I think the idea that only young woman can become shamans and they bless the river water to keep them young or prolong their youth.

I think there's still room to develop them more than just /ouh/ with a bit of water, most threads including /luna/ aren't pinpoint accurate to their content since many chuuba threads are just image posts. I feel like the cultural aspects of shamanism and worship of youthfulness rather than just cunny can be pulled from to liven it up and differentiate it from other generals that act more or less the same. Usually vegetables and such are grown in gardens and other smaller patches of fields especially when they are for the consumption of farmers. Cereal plants and other energy-dense row crops like potatoes would usually take priority not just because they could sell for more but also because there's more demand. Unlike modern intensive farming it's likely that /hag/ still practices crop rotation. Unless this is much more of a which-region-are-most-notable-for-the-production-of-this-crop map.

Aside from chuubanite firearms (too potentially varied and really depends on what do you want to do with them) most pistols would be using conventional locks. Even if you are from /vspo/ and /inf/ (with firearms tech around early-mid 19th cen) most likely you are using some kind of converted system. Like collier's flintlock revolvers or percussion cap fired guns (though definitely not Colt SAA, more like colt Paterson.) For a rich character they could carry a turn-over flintlocks like this, they are made around mid 18th century so period accurate.
Flintlocks usually take at least 10 seconds to reload. And I'm not aware of cartridges for them. There's also the problem of failure to fire, induced by fouling or other mechanical/powder problems. Though for pistol range I doubt you need or can keep up a steady rate of fire.

Also even if your character isn't from one of those nations that are famous for their firearms or have relatively advanced guns you can definitely hire gunsmiths from those places or buy one that originated there. Ammo would be an issue but if they are buying stuff overseas they are probably either noble or well-off officers.

Alright moonman, this is the map mepman has sort of worked out for your mountains and he has the climate map faded over it (don't worry about the cities, we are just trying to figure out the climate.) I really need to know if there is any supernatural effects in play.

out of the 5k something that were still alive at the time, most would get slaughtered in the schizo raid. There would be around 350ish(sanas sub count was around there at the announcement) survivors, with around 300 of them deciding on taking the fight back to them aka taking the space marine ending. The remaining few dozen would then seek refuge in foreign lands(if I go with /inf/ I would use that adventuring party, iirc they had a kronie leader)
