Generally wonder what goes on behind the scenes when management messes up plans. We had Pekora and Marine have on-stream meltdowns in early 2021 barely a month apart. She has done two 3D lives for free this year plus an anime. And many 3D collabs and covers with others, which aren't on her channel. Compare that with other EN members. Others have opted out because it comes out of their own pockets and very time consuming. These projects were started over a year ago. Jazz version of Reflect will be released soon and her song projects are over 12 now. Also working on a very huge project that she hopes will be ready by her Birthday. Worried that it will get cut like her last 3D Live. And she's still waiting on her merch, which was supposed to be ready by then.

She didn't draw that anime. Even she said they did all the wonderful creative touches. Appearances on other lives do not take that much time. Look at how JP pumps them out. I'll agree they are much harder for EN, but how much handicap do you really want to give them for that? The Jazz version was someone else's idea she liked and is a redo of an existing song. It doesn't get much lower effort. You are missing the real point. Why is she even a success? Because people saw her streams. It is great to do all those special extra things, but everyone was already there for the streams. They want the streams. I don't care about some cheap plastic fork, but I would like something to watch and relax to.

It's still her project. Her money. She had to organize and hire those people. Hololive didn't do any of that. As you said, Hololive helps JP users unlike EN. One of the reasons why EN is disgruntled. She liked the Jazz version and it is being redone. Saying it's low effort is too much. She doesn't have UMG to do all the work for her. She has to hire the various production teams herself and pay out of her own pocket. Doesn't make it any cheaper or easier. Picking a few things out and say it's low effort, yet ignoring the 3D Lives, is cherry picking to support a weak argument.

I think this just drives people nuts because her ghosting seems to be intentional and malicious, as there's no other explanation, but at the same she has nothing to gain from doing this. Whether you like her or not, it's just a baffling thing.

Poor Mori, even with UMG her music is trash. Gura makes much more than her genmates, she has a lot more to spend. And all of these projects only happen because she wants them to. My point was not about cost. It was about low effort. We do not know the full story of her live and why it was cut and how much it was cut. I can only judge what I saw and it was ok. I have to admit I'm not a fan of any of the lives. It's a part of the idol thing that doesn't appeal to me.
