Long periods of not-streaming is the death-knell for popular streamers. MANY MANY examples of this. Popular Youtubers, popular streamers, who stop streaming for a couple months. They come back and realize their audience is only 60% what it was. That kills their motivation and they go on another haitus. Then they come back again and now their audience is 30%. Then they go into emergency mode and start churning out content, but it's just not the same and everyone has moved on.

It has happened many many times. Not producing content is the death-knell for a content creator. Yes, even someone as popular as Gura is susceptible.
