They don't even pretend to be idols, so they're under far less stress to keep up appearances.
They also tend to (for the most part) get along with each other, while there's been a lot more strife between HoloEN members.

All that statement says is that she's just checking to see if it'll turn into the coof for her again or if it's just a flu, since one implies she'll be able to get back to activities faster while the other will probably get a management-imposed break like the first time.
