I think cover really should mandate a certain amount of streaming hours that have to be met a year and a give talents a certain amount of allowable sick leave in the contracts. In order to keep your your full pay for that year of employment as company talents if you don't meet the proper amount of hours you get docked some pay and if you take more than your allowed sick leave for the year that's a pay dock as well time for cover to crack the whip. The only exception should be if a girl is bed ridden sick with CV-19 or some other life threating illness.
