I can think of no other vtuber who had more of a responsibility toward living up to idol culture than Ame. People are like "hurr durr what if Gura collab with man" and that doesn't begin to approach where Ame was before she decided to fuck over half her fanbase. With Gura a male collab would betray 15% of her fanbase at most. Amelia Watson was listed in the Urban Dictionary definition of 'gosling' however wrong that might be from an etymological standpoint. For Ame it was easily half of her fanbase. I guess good for her or whatever, not everyone wants to be a legend. But she could have been, and history may tell it different just to make a better story.
