But to answer your question, it's just because Fauna is a representative that hard work and smart decisions can cause you to incline.
At the beginning of Council, Fauna usually had to compete with Bae to not be the runt of her gen (minus Sana).
But nowadays she has the best numbers of her gen; not through possessing the highest highs, but through practically never dipping below a certain floor, while her genmates no longer get the highs that they used to while simultaneously getting lower numbers much more often.
Mumei took a hit to her consistency because of college; Bae has poor streaming choices and poor scheduling; Kronii filtered many viewers with some drama and male collabs. Fauna simply kept doing what she always did and stayed clear of any such issues.
