I don’t think the self raid was the problem. I think what tally anon’s argument here, or well I guess I’m making the argument for him here, is that a self-made raid into a second stream causes 2 very questionable things to happen:

1. It forces people who were possibly afk to get thrown into a new stream (hence why the instant bleed occurs)
2. Youtube does not have an instantaneous response time to people leaving, hence the argument of “well he was higher for X minutes” feels kind of moot when it’s in conjunction with point 1

Obviously you can find many different instances where you might find inconsistencies with this line of thinking. But I feel like that’s where tally anon’s place of thinking is here.
