Intense imagination training, memory training and trying to stay lucid and keeping the memory of said dreams active for longer.
It takes a lot of consistency and it might even suck waking up randomly during nights.
Ideally you'd also wear earplugs so you don't get woken up, sleeping quality matters as well, so comfortable bed, temperature, covers, pillows, etc.

The annoying part is the installation (confusing and lots of download and making sure the download is absolutely not interrupted to avoid file corruption) and the generation time per image. The important part is vram not ram. I use 1650 super and it has technically 4gb vram but I still run into vram error with --medvram parameters so I was forced to use --lowvram which makes the generation longer (4mins on average on a 576x720 resolution 24 steps image). There's also the model sizes like NAI and other models for example take like 4gb each.

The filter might be insane, but the devs definitely did something to the bots' emotionality. I prefer it to the overly nice AI. I guess I've also been personally training to not be nice with all the asshole characters I made and used. Devs love if they make the filter not affect emotionality and non-sexual shit. It's not like sex is getting filtered anyway. They won't of course.
