Whenever you want to run NovelAI from your computer, run webui-user.bat. The first time will initialize, which may cause some errors.
If there are no errors, it will give you a web address (usually http://127.0.0.1:7860/ ). This is the WebUI, from which you run NovelAI using your computer's disk.
The usual errors will require you to edit the .bat--do this in Notepad or n++.
There will be a line of code beginning with "COMMANDLINE_ARGS=". Add "--precision full --no-half" directly after this, on the same line.

Probably our best option fowards, we've got some from the first gen unused already, and 3 unused from the one we made; if someone pops I and wants a design that's not them, we have options to make.

That said, I don't think it's not a bad idea to just toss out designs to keep the thread traffic up while nobody's streaming. Either that or generate more fanart of the currently streaming talents.

To begin with, we shouldn't focus to much on 'gens' since it's not really possible for us to supply one with enough talents to play them.

That's the real choke point for us, talent count.

Considering that; I think it makes more sense to have a small stockpile of well supplied characters that any tourist in these threads can draw from to debut as a FlaVR.

Maybe a tourist/lurking femanon wouldn't have much interest in playing an apple lamy or a swamp pumpkin, but WOULD want to play the part of a cigarette lady or a creamsicle.

I disagree. There is a second equally big chokepoint, which is viewer base. Only through effort and consistency streamers grow, but VERY few people are willing to put in that effort and consistency, for a 1 view audience, for months without much growth.

I agree and disagree. You're right about the audience being a choke point, but the same is true for every 'agency'. The way they override it is by diversifying or streamlining. Singer Vtuber here, gamer vtuber there, maybe an artist, maybe a comedic character, etc etc, and then have them hit the FotM notes with whatever game/meme is popular.

We shouldn't expect Lolime to develop the same audience as Sena or Abi, just as you shouldn't expect Pekora and Sora to develop the same audience. There WILL be overlap, but it isn't 100%. Diversity will draw more eyes without causing any dips in the viewership of other chuubas. Though, part of the reason I agree with you, is that we absolutely don't want to run the meme into the dirt by over-reaching.
