I think this might be the case. It has the same issue as the IRyS' streams in that it grows and then just completely hits a wall and keeps going up and down without really moving in any direction. After hitting a peak you would expect it to either keep growing (but at a slower pace) or start dropping as viewers leave the stream. Nothing happens here as it just flucruates between 14,200 and 14,500 constantly for almost 2 hours now. The same thing I noticed in IRyS' streams.
