The new publisher still works under the old one, so they'd never allow it. Also, they only changed publisher outside of Japan, so even if, by some miracle, she DID get the okay from the non-JP publishers, Cover would block her from playing it, because JP can't play it. That already exists and it's Blue Archive. BA JP can't be played by Hololive because it's published by Yostar, but BA KR/EN can be played because it's published by a korean company (Nexon).
