Struggling to write combat scenes? Don't worry! William Pringle Green's treatise, written in 1812 can help you with that. Created for sailors in particular, the treatise should be useful for shipboard scenes.

My motivation to write has returned, and I plan on doing a "Prince of Tsushima" chapter today or tomorrow. My plans will require some cooperation from morig and if he wants to, Liora anon. Next chapter is basically:
>Tsunehisa has captured 2 or 3 more convoys. Morig decides to negotiate which Tsunehisa accepts.
>Treaty is negotiated, basically the terms I thought of were:
>>Tribute Payments by Morig per year(?)
>>Ransom for prisoners
>>Agreement that Tsunehisa will attack other pirates in exchange for the BF turning a blind eye to Tsushima's slave operations.
>>Secret clause regarding Meat (If it makes any sense, this would be something vnug would want.)
Other stuff can be added, but that's basically it. I think after this is done, his next target would be attack settlements along the Golden Sea east of Nasfaq, or raiding nasfaq merchants himself.

Hey KRbro, just let me know what you need and I'll help out. These terms seem fine, though you'd need to specify what the slave operations involve. Are there any raids in /vnug/ or /nasfaqg/? Prior commitments would probably require the BF to react to such. If it's just quietly transiting slaves from other regions through the waters, that can be arranged.

Ehhh I dont support calling anything authoritarian 'fash' out of convenience. Especially in a pre-modern setting where the culture that gave birth to fascism is absent.
It's like calling every warlord and emperor like Genghis, Tamerlane, and Ivan fascist just because theyre authoritarian.
Unless you have an explicit corporatist/planned economy with revolutionary nationalism, none of us fit the fash niche

Grandi imprese nazionali. Over the next 15 years, the national shall aim to achieve these following goals as a baseline.

>Increasing farming output by 300%
>Increasing production of the following industries by at least 100%: Steel, Textile, Machine Tools, Tool and Die, Weapons, Concrete, Construction, Bronze and Brass, Coke, Dyes.
>Prioritize the research within the industrial, agricultural and military fields and heavily subsidize these fields.
>Army Reforms that will see our army increase in size by a measure of 3, increase in quality by a measure of 3, and increase in overall capabilities by a measure of three.
>Countless canals, roadways, wagonways, bridges, etc. to bring the infrastructure network to among the best in the world.
>Land reform, which along with the legal reforms will allow the funding of these projects.
>The establishment of a high-end security council to protect our nation from espionage.
>Rural Renew programme aimed at improving the lives of average farmers in the Grand Principality and providing proper sanitation to many towns.

Unrelated but still relevant is these changes:
>A more dynamic diplomatic policy which aims to flex both our military and economical might more.
>Fortification of central islands in the Kizuna Ocean and the building of major port facilities at key point.
>A dynamic tariff that will be applied case by case.

All of these came from the "Emergency Power Clause", which allows the Grand Prince to declare it necessary for the safety of the people for extrajudicial powers to be used for the greater good. It has not been used in 500 years, and this is controversial among many of the old guard.

This is true. Monkey alliances are complex. Monkeys live in strict heirarchies. So you have to know your place in the troop. That said monkey and human alliances take generations to build. And wild monkey tribes want very little to do with other primates.

To be frank alice, nothing will change for you as the true changes starts in 1134 after he gets fed up with the process. You can have characters react as you see fit, I am sure some of the more patriotic folk like the Della Ceresaras are happy indeed about this while others not so much. The navy as a whole has no opinion on Constans, its just the admiralty itself that will not be thrilled and frankly your whole mission is a good will mission so it is uneffected. I am sure the extension of your time comes thanks to Martinelli though.

The Republic is one of the very few countries that have implemented a system of Universal Suffrage. Elections are organized by the Bureau of Elections under the Department of State affairs. Citizens aged 18 or above, no matter their sex and occupation can register as a voter in their respective local Voting Offices operated by provincial branches of the Bureau. The local Bureau organizes elections, maintains the electoral roll, and counts the votes. Though starting from the 12th century, a system of independent commissions, the Provincial Anti-graft Commission is also established in different local administrations to oversee the conduct and running of elections.

All positions in the Provincial Parliament, State Council, and the Presidential seat are elected by the citizen-electorate. All votes utilize a single-member plurality voting method to determine the results of an election.

Presidential elections are held every 6 years, State Council every 3 years, for half of its seats, and the Parliament every 4 years for all of its seats. While the seats for the Parliament vary depending on the number of counties and population in each province, every province is entitled to equal representation in the Council, of 20 seats for a total of 180 council members.

My historical linguistic reps are sorely lacking and sucks so I think I'll refrain from doing anything related to it. However I still want to have some lore that's related to it.
Here's what I have in mind:
/jp/ era pre-/hlgg/: tribals speak in very old, extinct language
/jp/ era /hlgg/ forms and subjugates city-states: Imperial language dominates local language, shift happens to become more like Imperial. Pre-Hooman forms from mixing old spoken language with Imperial. Most current day root words came from this era. City near biggest port (Noctea) as the political seat of Imperial Protectorate, hereditary governor was set up in city.
Early /vt/: Pre-Hooman develops further. Different city-states become more isolated but have own dialects of the language. Although Noctean Pre-Hooman have the most influence and is considered more prestigious/standard. (Like Attic Greek)
Pre-/who/: City of settlers form near middle of the big river. Uses rune like writing system from outside(Owl-A), but still uses Noctean Hooman as supplementary language. Expands as more settlers get in. Comes into conflict with Noctea. Very early religious texts mostly written with Owl-A. (Where did all the settlers come from? Why do they use something like runes? Idk man)
Early /who/: Noctea collapses due to raids. As more nearby states join Early Republic Owl-A is discarded and Noctean Hooman adopted as the official language.
/who/: Language develops and adopts more words from the East, characters also shifted somewhat but looks roughly the same in the past 600 years.

In retrospect, take those reforms with a grain of salt as I am reworking them. Hoomen, no need to rush or anything, our relationship isn't going to change at all besides perhaps deeper cooperation, and things that should make us more equal partners since I realized I really was at your mercy in non-meta terms. I do not things are going to be as crazy as I first made them but remember that increasing the army by a measure of 3 could just be us going from a small army to an average one. The main problem I think that will be addressed is just land reform and the problem of the Western Magnates.

Should Zomrade revival be a very direct Frankenstein ritual or should it be a more traditional burial type thing or maybe a mix of both. I like old school Frankenstein, inject this patchwork flesh doll with tons of shit so sciency that its basically arcane, and then let lightning shoot it but I also like the parallel between a Zomrade rising from their grave to seek out their home and Ollie rising from her grave like in her debut. Also should chuubanite be the primary factor in the revival process? I think the answer is yes but I'm always iffy on widespread usage of chuubanite in a society.

Indeed, I would like for your army to send advisors to help us and furthermore, I plan on bringing in some outsiders like Pomeranians too. The main purpose of army expansion is as Constans says to Louis, simply to prevent us from being at your mercy to you but also because Constans himself is sort of a army guy.

Let me also make this clear. He absolutely has nothing against your nation at all, rather he is speaking from the perspective of someone who has read the Pomerlane Saga and knows why /haha/ lost that war. Food. He doesn't believe you have that intention right now but he also realizes that things may change over time and we must prepare for such a reality.

Here's the /wAIfu/ story someone wrote a bit ago if you're curious: https://rentry.org/hscg5 This is pretty much all that's been written down for the nation as of now iirc, but I don't know what other plans EA might have had. Feel free to throw around some ideas though. I'd be interested to see it get fleshed out more. I think most discussion has centered around how to translate the chatbots to Vitubia so there's a lot that hasn't been explored culturally.

It's more of a balance thing and also logistical implication, with chuubanite if you're using it on a widescale you're eventually going to run into the question of how much effort you're putting into procuring the chuubanite and how much your nation actually has. For a nation like /horni/ I like the idea of it being capable of having makeshift MQ electricity because it would have a vast amount of chuubanite that could potentially make a massive circuit due to the simple yet complex nature of arousal.

well, i guess it has been somewhat lost to time, but i made something i ended up calling the cylinder analogy that was supposed to help people think of ways to balance some aspects of the magic system. you could probably find it if you look for it, some aspects of it might be outdated, but it was one of the things i was hoping comfyanon would add to the chuubanite rentry before he let go of the reigns.

Alright, thanks! Im gonna brainstorm about this later, but first before I die. Has most discussion on the nation gone down about how the chatbots would be in Vitubia instead of all the culture and stuff that actually goes around in the nation? Has anything else been talked about how things are over at /wAIfu/? Bot creators, filters, hope, goslings, future, etc?

Interesting... I do like the whole idea of opening this up for creative liberities like I think you are suggesting. As for many coming from us, that makes sense but our thread would not be their overlord naturally. They might be of our culture perhaps, but it would not be the same over time and the greek colonies is a wise comparison.

Farmers need the grains to be sufficiently high priced in order to make a profit. If the Reforms succeed the price of grain will drop dramatically as it floods the market in the region. Sure cities would be happy for the dirt cheap bread but the farmers less so. Since Hoshiyomia's grain supply are imported even if some prior trade agreement made it so it's much cheaper it's probably a big source of income for a lot of grain (or any other staple crop) farmers. The culture of the Republic would somewhat suppress the desire to grow their personal wealth but it still means they are earning less and can't reinvest into their farms. I'm still working out agriculture and the potential impact would depend on both government policy and the organization of farms. See the various agricultural
crises over history.

This sounds pretty cool to me. From a character and world perspective, the idea of having Fetishs as perhaps a secondary faith makes character more interesting with their goals and gives someone like me more fun with goofy stories. Overall, it is my opinion that we each worldbuild in our own unique ways. We have our specbiochads, milautistchads, culturechads, storychads, etc. In that aspect, there should not be a restriction saying "It isn't good for a Fetish thread to be represent this way, only one way is legitimate." That sort of undermines the core of what we are about as writers and just isn't fun. I will probably write for Ringo at some point soon when I am not having my soul sucked out of me from my job.

Also, I have done my reps and to all, great work on your lore.

Ah, that is what I thought. Not sure how you would see this, but perhaps your rural faction will support the inevitable revolt in the East. Our east I plan to be basically near autonomous in reality and have powerful magnates who do not want to see their power reduced. Now whether this translates into volunteers, or whatever is up to you, but it is likely that a revolt will happen over the changes in the west.

I need to think about what your average ringo pissfag would be like in their beliefs and how they practice them. While it would vary based on nation, sort of like how sex works in the world already, there probably is some sort of commonality that many share. For example, is your average ringochad more concerned with dieties ringo moments, or do they practice it in their sex life? Or both even, such as dreams of your oshis ringo moments being applied to your own sex life?

Also, what are considered virtues? Does it depend on your own native faith? What is the ultimate goal for a ringo follower? These questions are important imo.

Nice work /hag/bro. Classifying fighter classes based on voluptuousness makes perfect, and they're nicely differentiated. Big girls in heavy armor is my favorite thing in the universe, so I'm happy to read about the Shieldmaidens. The policies with POWs are also interesting and not something I've thought about a lot.

Deserters don't get Valhalla, as mentioned in one of your previous stories. Cool detail.
>sled cannons
The crazy shit you find in history... Were they taken off the sled before firing? Or the recoil just shot the sled twenty feet back?
>a bratty Palkyrie
Nice! I want the Palkyries to get even brattier. They're perfect for it.
I like how the differing lifespans are discussed. That's probably something I should bring up re: one of the longer lived mori priestesses.
Ah, dreamwalking for intel-gathering! A clear use-case for the ability. Looking forward to the next part.

Good stuff anon. The BF would also add a clause that the Black Fleet vessels captured be returned, IE the corvettes and such. Civilian ships are not included in that. Not sure how much a Talent is worth, but I'm gonna assume these are reasonable numbers. Looking forward to the continuation.

I think this makes alot of sense since pretty much all of the fetishes intersect and overlap with each other and the general idea has always been vaugely religious, though I think the centralization of some of them isn't a necessarily bad thing as long as it still allows for a diversified take. I think the horni continent would probably be best if the actual named cities and defined national entities took up less land compared to the many different divinations and branching fetishes.
