Hololive were literally listed as potential Collab Partners in an Arknights community poll back in August of 2020. Fubuki got an Arknights-like outfit/bg, they did an Arknights tutorial stream, Fubuki showed off her new L2D rig with Nian pulls, it was all set. Hypergryph was more than ready to go.
On the EN side, Kiara and Ina both mentioned wanting to play Genshin Impact on release, and MiHoYo are literally run by weebs so you know that shit was more than possible. At bare minimum, permissions would be more than accessible.
But then the bugmen had to flip their shit about Coco daring to mention Taiwan while reading off metrics. And not to mention all of the Chinese gacha companies are trying to move out of the mainland/HK now because of bugmen literally trying to kill game company CEOs over bunny girls.

All the other Riichi mahjong clients are shit. Their only options are literally Clubhouse51 which is garbage, Yakuza which only lets you play vs bots (Coco did a stream of this), and Tenhou which is a minimalist tryhard client, or SegaNETMJ which is also a shit client. Not that it's relevant to begin with, none of the Holos were ever that into Mahjong it was just a fad game for them. It's not like Nijisanji where it's literally Tenkai's main game and several of them still play regularly.

Yostar might come back around since most of their games are getting fucked by the CCP, and they were HK based anyway. That would open up Azur Lane, Girls Fronline (as well as the upcoming sequel), and Arknights for collabs again.
MiHoYo makes too much money on the CN playerbase, so even if they moved to Japan like the rumors are saying, Genshin and Honkai will likely remain out of reach. If they made a game for non-phones, though, they could get somewhere, since the reason they get money in CN is because of the massive iOS market there.
