Tbh real-life corporations do this all the time. There are often positions that you know who you want to hire for, but technically you have to open it to everyone. So you just put in a notice with really specific requirements that only the person you were already going to hire anyway fulfills.
The difference is that irl, this is a fairly well-known practice, and it's usually pretty obvious. Vtubers are often naive and too menhera to have a normal job, so they probably don't realize that you can easily do this (legally) for a vtubing agency as well as for a real company.
To be fair, kson has straight-up said it's just a group of friends who stream under a brand name. It's not that hard to figure out.

If that's you, you have my condolences. LatAm has it rough local employers, and it's their loss. As an American who has hired in LatAm, I was able to hire a lot of overlooked, qualified employees. Some were genuinely shocked that we gave them the chance, rather than just going with whoever had the most prestigious degree and highest class signaling (might've just been my particular experiences, but Colombia seemed worst in the expectations of classism and nepotism).
