This. What's unfortunate about Ame is that her lifestyle is a mess even though clearly takes care of herself from a dieting standpoint (gluten intake aside). She's always eating fruit, nuts and lots veggies, apparently only ever drinks water, never has coffee or energy drinks, doesn't seem to pver indulge on junkfood. Which is different to the likes of Ina who herself admitted her diet was awful and contributed a lot to her poor health. Furthermore with Ame having 4 pets to take care of, along with high maintenence fish tanks and trying to balance that care throughout the day while falling asleep at 6am, needing to set 5 alarms just to wake up half an hour before a stream will soon fuck you up big time.

She always sounds so confused as to why she's constantly tired and low on energy. Well there's her answer.
