I looked it up, apparently it’s in the DSM. There’s no “test” really, it’s more like a general description they use in the diagnosis. Level 1 just means your usual ass burgers, level 2 are the weirdos, level 3 is severely fucked up.
It’s kind of hard to figure out because they base it on communication skills, not retard levels. Chris-chan would technically only be a level 2 or borderline level 3 (his parents really fucked him up), while Rain Man is probably level 3. Someone like Mori is definitely level 1.

I try to wrap it up when I realize I’m sperging out, and I try to cut down on certain habits when I realize they’re cringe. Not because I’m trying to “act normal”, but because…social interaction is supposed to be two-way, and realizing that I’m the only one who gives a shit about what I’m talking about makes the interaction less fun for me, too.
It probably helps that I’ve weaponized my ADHD until I’ve developed multiple things I can sperg about, so I can switch between them based on who I’m around.
