Rather, it was someone in charge of IRyS' release that made the mistaken assumption that people would universally like it and approved it for rigging instead of giving feedback on possible improvements to make. They could have delayed the release for a couple of months, made updates and could have saved themselves this entire ordeal that got everyone else screwed over from months of event content.
