It really doesnt take much for a PC to stream, especially if she's not playing a game.

She'd have to be completely beyond retarded to plan a minecraft stream on a PC that cant handle OBS, her model and a powerpoint. The stream ban is admittedly an out-there rrat but I 100% guarantee its not OBS or her PC holding back her debut. OBS is a next day fix, especially with two gen mates who are experienced streamers that could help. Most favorable thing I can think of is maybe Niji is demanding she hype it up again or something and drag it out.
