Gura legitimately has a traumatic brain injury that hinders her ability to function normally. It happened when a sudden onset of syncope caused her to fall and hit her head really badly. Even streaming for a few hours causes her immense fatigue. It also impacts her mood, causing her to slip into deep depression seemingly at random. The mood swings and depression episodes are why she's withdrawn from the other girls. The TBI is why she can barely remember what day it is, or why she has trouble figuring out basic puzzles. The random IBS flare ups can also leave her spending most of the day running to the bathroom, and she doesn't want to be streaming while that's happening. Gura's doctor has since put her on a strict diet, but Gura has trouble following said diet.
