I think Pako deserves a second chance. Guy was so enthusiastic in Hololive but Sana was ungrateful and left because she couldn't quit those Chinese gachas. Kind of makes me wonder why she joined Hololive in the first place after the incident. Doesn't make sense when you think about it.

The director of the first 3 seasons made a bunch of random changes, and by the time Juggernaut Drive showed up he was going so far off the rails that season 4 has an "episode 0" redoing that scene. The last third of season 3 (the anime-original arc where Issei gets NTR'd by a clone of himself) is just retconned out of existence entirely (the BDs of season 3 included a sidestory novel about a villain from the future screwing up the timeline and Issei's kids travelling back in time to fix it).

I don't think the new DxD designs are bad and they look more like they do in the novel, the issue is more the contrast from how they looked on tv up to that point.
