In other words just expecting it to be a big deal doesn't make it one, and I mean the Pomu started off with an <10k viewer debut which is not very impressive at all. Their fans got stuck with an outdated mindset and still practice it on /jp/ actually in their thread while it became impossible to hold back Holo growth from Western attention. Their power to spread shit through word of mouth, "memes", and social media is phenomenal. Making these fags see your chuubas daily in their gachas is a solid way to imprint your product in their minds, and in their networks, as Hololive did.

Considering that their ties to Ch*n* is rather firm, they are not out of options to choose from. I'd imagine it'd be much easier and much cheaper to collab with these chink companies than Jap/Gook ones.
