When a talent says in a stream or on twitter "man... management blocked my project it sucks" or "management is really slow getting these perms", it's a jab but ultimately it's someone venting their frustrations.
Compare it to something like ignoring or bypassing the established way of communicating between talents and branches for setting up collabs (talent-management-talent), communicating with other functions within the org or with third parties, I'd say the second list of things is worse. Why? Because it undermines the rules.
A different scenario has to do with office politics and who can talk to who without causing a culture shitstorm at the water cooler. But in the end, it's the same thing. If Vesper clapped back at the wrong person in the wrong forum, and repeatedly doing so? You bet a suspension would be the way JP corporate would issue punishment.
