The only real issues with Ina are:
That OP did not capitalize on her successes by making some 10 second promos for her sudden rise so theres nothing to cheer for aside from people that were already fans of her in hololive proper. Wrestlingwise theres nothing to cheer for other than hoping people continue to get crushed under her so far.
If something is legitimately broken with ina or her moveset.
That every match of hers has so far been a squash aside from one.

1 cant be fixed, so that's just something to consider going forward. 2 can only be done through testing and I doubt OP had the time to run sim mat hes over and over for a day, unless he exports ina and let's us mess around with her in 2k20. 3 can be solved by just messing around with different match types. Give her a specialty match type for her fights since it seems normal matches are just going to result in squashes.

Out of kayfabe, mostly people have seen the WWE have extremely dominant wrestlers that have both worked and not worked at the same time. Currently, Ina doesnt have a plotline going for her other than going match to match crushing everyone in her way. It would be fun to see what OP does with that, but so far it kind of leaves a sour taste since squash matches arent really fun to watch without some kind of storyline or buildup to it. Even the takobro promo, as amazing as it was, seemed to portray ina as the underdog here even though it wound up going just as fast as her other matches and ending 2-0. So theres a bit of dissonance there too.
OP just needs to find a way to take "INAWINSLOL" in a satisfying direction. He has a good head on his shoulders and can figure something out.

My only issue with the champ fight was that we got the most kino as fuck promo before it. The match should have felt way more back and forth, and not as much of a stomp. That's the main issue with the past few champ fights actually. Chama vs Shuba, Haato vs Ame, and Gurame vs NoeFlair. They've all just been one sided stomps. The game's AI fucking sucks, and that's why we love it, but the champ matches should be nail biters.

I would think that after each pin that health, stamina, and meter should all be reset to a certain limit for the character pinned so what happened doesn't just happen again. KO match can last just as short, look at all of Marine's backstage brawl matches, the KOs happened within 5 to 10 minutes.
Whether you like it or not the ironman match is the only solution. Set it at 20 mins, because 15 minutes is still too short and has higher chance of 1-1 draw and anything above 20 mins is too drawn out, so 20 mins is perfect. If it's turns out to be a one sided stompfest for 20 mins then so be it.

More like whoever land the finisher and pin first will guarantee to get the 2nd pin because the holo will have a head start to building up her finisher for the 2nd pin, it does not matter if the opponent makes it 1-1, first to pin generally has the advantage. Majority of the replies seem to agree that Rushia needs a change since her current signature leaves her opponent still standing. Personally I get the concept, that after performing the signature that still leave opponent standing you can immediately follow up with a finisher. But this is 2K20 AI so 99.9% of the time Rushia will do everything BUT follow up with the finisher. So the next best thing to change her signature that leave her opponent lying on the ground while still making Rushia do a variation of the full body splash.

She is the heel the jobber league needs. Being some kind of arcane mystical force that just creates havoc for everyone, one that can only be defeated by the combined forces of the jobber card.
She is an absolutely astounding heel, half because she is JUST strong enough in the jobber card to be a threat, but not too strong as to not be beaten, and half just because her entire gimmick is constantly evolving thanks to 2K20, her amazing entrance, and how good of a show she actually puts on in the ring when given the chance.
Out of like, the four or so absolute confirmed heels in holofightz so far (being like, the management, koro-san, PLAY APEX, and watamage), watamage is by far the one I love to hate the most. And I love it. Havent felt like that since like, kurt angle.
