A lot of both Youtubers and VTubers use bots is a chinese service mostly (or the most cheapest one) so any Youtuber/VTuber that doesnt have issues with china can pay like $15 to $40 per video and add either thousands of live views or subs. The issue is that some use them more blantantly than others. Salome was so shamelessly using them at the beggining that honestly it was comical to watch.
