Those are entry tourists that went for the first one they saw until they found someone they like more. At the end of the day, if they don't believe that, pretty much nothing would be enough. Even if she openly said she had heart issues and had to have surgery, after being put on medication and diet and exercise she feels healthy enough to continue for the long hall, That wouldn't do anything to remove doubt.
