HoloX is established as the Anti-Guild since they are a Secret Society. Matchups are somewhat balanced for this one.

Laplus won't do much of anything yet. Her powers as an Interdimensional Demon Lord has been severely nerfed via magic shackles and could only do so much without tiring herself out yet she's still strong enough to take on The Hero, Altare even while limited. Both of them share the Demon Lord origin but they follow a different code of conduct. Altare prefers to do things himself while La+ has an army at her beck and call. Of course, since we're going with nerfed versions. Altare and La+ is simply just a fight between a magician and a swordsman that can become a gunman midfight. La+ is stronger in magical ability but Altare's Armor of Light negates most of it. Does Altare easily win the match? Not really, La+ can put up a fight even with shackles, at the very least she can give Leader a run for his money.

Magni versus Koyori. Both specialize in brains over brawn and while Magni has an advantage over the coyote girl in the fact that his halo has magical properties as well as his glove cloak, this doesn't make Koyori any weaker. Her syringes carry experimental formulas that could boost her combat abilities significantly much like Magni's potions. It's really a matter on who gets hit first. They'll likely be in a deadlock considering both of them battle it out using wit and tactics.

Axel and Iroha would probably be my favorite matchup. Since they're two of the strongest members of their organizations. Wielding a katana, you'd think a master of the blade would have the upper-hand against a purely melee fighter like Axel, but he has taken down monsters barehanded before so it wouldn't surprise me if at some point during her fancy samurai swordplay against Axel, he'd catch her blade and snap it in half or Iroha gets lucky and manages to through even Aniki's magically infused mask and decapitates him in one strike. Vesper and Lui are the mature, responsible types of their group. The hawk girl is outmatched and while she may have weapons and tools at her disposal. Vesper is well-versed in magic and is very decent with a fencer's form and technique when handling a rapier, even scarily so if he manages to combine both of them at once. Lui is quite witty in that aspect, roguish even, she might resort to bamboozling Vesper to get the upper hand. When her "eyes" light up, she is able to fly and is more agile than she usually is, outclassing Vesper in speed but it's useless if the old man stays on the defensive.

And that leaves Chloe, the cleaner. So where does she fit in the picture? She'll pull ganking maneuvers on whoever's weakest. In this case, since the 4v4 is evenly matched. She would eventually hop on and help Iroha in dealing with the Dingo. While the orcagirl cannot match up to her genmate's speed, she's fast enough to disorient the gladiator if they keep up the pressure.

So what about the shackles? La+ unchained versus Demon God King Regis? That's unexplored territory because I don't know how powerful La+ actually is if she is unleashed from her bondage. What I can say is both of them would probably end up killing their own teammates if they continue to fight Demon Lord to Demon Lord. La+ did not discard hers to be a goodie two-shoes so she has the upper hand in experience. Regis will need to have some time since his last awakening to even try and one-up her but since he's a fast learner, eventually he'll turn the tide.

All in all. HoloX has an advantage in speed if we go by the Samurai and Cleaner's stats. They'll have a chance but the Gladiator isn't one to backdown easily, The deciding factor is who wins in the matchup between Axel vs Iroha.
