well this is not how ccv works. probably 50% of subs are sleeping at the time of the stream, another 30-40% are at work or busy irl, if you manage to get 10% of the subs to watch the stream, you are someone but it is very difficult to succeed in such a thing, that's why many will make bait like "announcement" to "announcement"

It's always funny when retards think subscriptions mean anything, you wouldn't apply that logic to your own subscribed content. Subscription total are only impressive in comparison to one another, in a vacuum they are literally meaningless. If you have 100 million subs, that is completely meaningless. It's the equivalent of comparing military strength of countries by looking at their total population figures.
