Yes, that means that if somebody is mad at your group for something only a few people in your group did, they are mad at you. You're likely assuming that people don't conflate or develop impressions based on association, or that it's normal not to. But that's not how people have ever worked. Funnily enough though, incorrectly assuming that the world and most others are fair enough to not punish a whole group for the mistakes an individual made IS common human behavior. This is my rrat: Tempus was the first group to have a sense of group cohesion and to actually be friends with each other. Meaning that when Kronii debuted, she probably thought the aloof, kind of awkward dynamic that Myth and Council have was the default. I bet a lot of the way she behaved towards chat was because she genuinely liked chat more than her genmates, and it wasn’t until Tempus that she realized that you can actually genuinely have fun with other vtubers.
I don’t think she learned how (or realized it’s possible) to curate her chat/tardwrangle them into an audience she enjoys interacting with, and she’s currently struggling with more pressing issues, like an existential crisis over realizing Tempus are some of the only people she actually enjoys collabing with, but also that her audience really doesn’t like them and that doing these collabs will make her keep reclining.
Basically, I blame this on a combination of Cover’s incompetence and her own complacency in not preparing for the unexpected. The latter is a bit understandable due to her menhera, but at this point I genuinely think she was not meant to be in HoloEN.
