I think so too, regarding Aruran. Surprsingly, I noticed Temma actually picks up on this quite often and comforts him or misdirects things when the jabs go too far sometimes. Like that fortune telling wacha where Miyabi was joking about Hanakishi vs outsiders and Temma quickly retorted that Aruran is a part of Yurustars too (there should be more occasions but this one is on top of my head). I really think those two are the reason why suntempo doesn't really do anything together, though they both have expressed mild envy over uproar, tempus or even mafia having good in-gen relationships. If it wasn't for Temma i don't think suntempo would still even be a thing.
There's this kind of tense atmosphere with two of them, not a strong one but it's there. Rikka described their relationship as "rivalry" in wachastars and oga has offhandedly mentioned that looking at suntempo you always wonder if these guys actually even get along. Also Astel when talking about what holostars are like when they are really angry said without hesitation that roberu just gets very quiet. Makes me think he's gotten Roberu angry few times before. He didn't know what all of them were like when angry.

I think Aruran gets a bit uncomfortable sharing about his family unprompted, so he was trying to answer in a vague way.
