Love Tsunderia Really felt off after Slugma+Miori/Orla left but I grew to like Amiya (Or Nen if >he is actually streaming. I still watch Orla and Miori.
I just watch Nene and Oceane, and I'm not even into GFE.
I fucking love Prism. I like Sara and Shiki alot. Fuck Sony though.
I avoid PippaConnect except Tenma, Lumi and Panko, and I watched Lumi when she was in Cyberlive. I watched Tenma when was an indie too but man she really popped off in PhaCon.

I also watch Cyberlive/Aethelia/whatever the fuck they call themselves now, but mostly just Chapipi and Menace.
I also watch Mew(duh) and Athena(owl), I can't recall which company these two are but they're great.

Kawaii - Astoundingly talented GFE. Nene is the highlight, but gen 3 are wonderful.
PRISM - I watch them the least. generally solid.
Phase Connect - Pippa and Lumi are derisive figures but I really like the variety of the agency. From GFE to hag to full blown Menhera.

In all, it's far more interesting than the bland major corpos and more and more people are starting to see that.

Pippa only “collabs” with males by sometimes doing interviews with fleshtubers who use pngs while on stream. Most people who watch vtubers don’t like watching collabs with the other gender, and that meta is enough to not bother them while still making connections for the algorithm. If even that’s not enough for you, then I don’t know what to tell you.
You understand that not having enough viewers over the long run means bankruptcy and graduations, right? And that indies can change their mind whenever they want and decide to betray the unicorns if they have enough fans that they decide they don’t want you anymore?

Making content for a living is brittle. If there aren’t corpos who handle males responsibly and come up with a meta that doesn’t involve flirting with randos like a thot, then every indie and every new corpo is going to lean into that.
Also, it gives your precious unicorn-friendly corpos like kawaii an out. Over the long run, they’ve got to collab with *some* vtubers who collab with males, and Pippa is a way better choice than HoloID or a Niji if you hate males that much.

Who do you think has the best designs overall?

I would rank them:

Orla, Hanabi, Kallin and the males are bad, Lisa is the best design they are responsible for.

Mostly good, Non's design is bad and Pina's design is fine but the coloring makes it look weird for a Vtuber model. Best design is Shiki's.

Pretty good overall. I don't have any major complaints for any design on its own. Gen 2's overall look is a bit too bland and earthy for my liking. Best design is Uruka's or Michiru's.

Again all of them good. No complaints (besides Reina look too much like 02) and each gen has a balance of colors. Best designs are Charlotte and Lua.

In most cases, it happened through just enough collabs with shit normalfags like to reach their notice, but not piss off weebs. Anime got big in Korea because they made live-action dramas of manga (and also, J-pop was already big). Anime was already popular in SEA, but I think it started blowing up as more people got phones and mobages started getting popular.
Think about it…coffee merch? Letting some of the girls stream on twitch? Hiring both JP and EN? Being fine with Pippa doing interview-style podcasts? The corpo’s motto is “widening the rabbit hole”. I legitimately think the strategy is to find ways to make people who don’t watch vtubers start watching vtubers. And my rrat is that it’s the sadgirl corpo because only sadgirls can be trusted to truly love vtubing enough to not try to move to fleshtubing or copy vshojo.
