My theory is that it would always be regional things. Japan talent numbers are still increasing because they're picking up new japanese viewers and culling some numbers from overseas viewers. It doesn't work the same for HoloEN. They set themselves to Japan so their numbers are at the whim of Japanese viewers and not overseas viewers. That's why there's not that much of an incline for EN over the past two years. Their channels can't pick up the counts for viewers from other countries.
