The only one that's even debatable is the incel screenshot. The rest are confirmed.

I've been thinking a lot about the nature of things lately.
When you see how she treats her drawings it makes sense. It isn't lines/colors on paper. It's a small window into another real world. Calling the person in the drawing cute is part of making it more real, and her drawings would be very different if she didn't bother or used different words.
What she did with Beatani was a much larger version of that. She didn't just draw the character, but gave her a voice and the ability to act with others online as a vtuber. The small window was a very large one for this project and it was open for us to pop our heads in and interact with it. And it was a window into an entire world, not just one character.
The thing that made this unique was that she invited us to be part of it directly rather than just interact with it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LiK-2Ec8d2g&t=9115s).). That's just one example that always stuck out to me because becoming Risuna for a while helped me a lot. But there were many other, from the Minecraft server to the user submission streams to things like Momo. She made a point to mention those last stream too as some of her favorites. I think she genuinely enjoys seeing others create things, that the art comments on twitter aren't just her trying to be nice. So seeing what we create for this world was probably a lot of fun.
How much of the character was Chihiro and how much was made up we won't know. She shared a lot of herself in the VNs, and those thoughts were all ones Bea has shown us before just with a different context. And she outright admits that Bea is using her stories, though how much Bea embellishes them isn't clear. So I think she'd seem familiar if we met. They are sisters after all, it makes sense that they'd be a bit alike.
But it doesn't matter either. Beatani exists. Of course, she's not a real human being. But I think treating her as less than one is cruel.

I've known people like that and years later it has done a number on their mind. Entirely dropping projects and everything to do with them after their completion isn't always a good thing, it can pile on to your mind until one day you have a complete mental breakdown, especially when you've been building up communities.
It's fine if you were, say, making a buildings plans and completely drop anything to do with it after the project is complete, but relationships with people / communities? That can eat away at you if it is substantial enough.
I've even known student teachers to break down because of their short work periods with students and then suddenly vanishing. Even something as impersonal as that.
And hell, case in point, look at the thread, some dads are a complete wreck. Obviously some are playing it up, but if you've paid attention to this community for more than a few months, you know some of it is genuine. (some being totally passive and vague about it)

Chihiro was as much of a Dad as any of us even if she was a lurker. She went to all the streams, came to the threads, saw all the art, and even contributed a few things directly to Bea's channel - the number videos, a cooking video, and the VN itself.
So for me it's not about latching on to her. I just want to see what people from this community I like end up doing in the future.

Not really. It's a bit suffocating. You can never really shake the feeling that your work is a failure and people are just excited over something you did before, pretending to like it. If you start from scratch it's easier to convince yourself it's not a lie and that you're not a failure.

It's not even so much that it's all streaming all the time, it's more a case of things being half-assed, money-hungry profit-driven (almost black) companies that's the biggest brain-drain.
So many unique vtubers out there that have very dedicated fun communities that just do their own thing and hoping others enjoy the ride as well. Sometimes this can be mere 2views, some 3, some all the way in to 5.
Although, when you start getting in to the low thousands and you are streaming, chats tend to be chaotic regardless of HOW good a community is.
That's just a limitation of shitty websites rather than communities. There's some systems that can help this, like chat concatenation / reaction panels so chats don't get flooded with simple messages like "yes, no, lol, lmao" or emote spams, etc.
Problem is, the 2 major websites used for streaming both make money off of emotes, so they have no intentions of "fixing" that.
