Purely speaking outfit design wise I'd say
Amelia > Kiara > Mori > Gura > Ina
They're all pretty alright though.

Ame's outfit is the the most cohesively styled, and it takes some classic design cues and makes them look modern.
Ina's is fine. Art hoe without the hoe.
Kiara's is a bit overstyled in some ways. The wrist accessories need to go, they just don't match the country slut chic that she otherwise has. Cat ears are meh but it's a meme and they're removable so whatever.
Mori: random shit thrown on, but at least you can tell that there was an overall concept informing her look.
Gura's went from "precocious shark loli" to "loli... with some weird random white spikes".

Ame's is really good, I like the fashion and that it has so many moving parts.
Calli's is pretty good, racing outfits are nice.
Kiara... it's an improvement over the original, at least.

top ones just struck the right balance of cute, sexy, and fashionable, in my opinion. Kiara's is sexy, but seems a bit too much like a wardrobe malfunction with her unbuttoned shorts and bra showing through her shirt. Ina's seems a little too reserved.

Going the casual route for their first alts is a good choice. I’m glad they didn't repeat the trends of Gothic Lolita or the Techwear jacket over a dress combo over in JP.

They all look good, no one has an ugly outfit, all their outfits fits their personalities, traits and interests. Nothing is out of place. Its a shame that Gura’s outfit lacks accessories and has an abysmally awful rig. How did that get by management is beyond me, its like they don't have any quality control. Hopefully, fans raised enough of a stink for this not to happen for future outfits reveals.

While Callie has a mic that her avatar can hold, and Kiara has an outfit that's more appealing than her default, in my opinion, Ina is going to benefit the most, simply because her facial expressions are a lot more visible now then they were before when her bangs obscured her expressions.

Ame, Kiara, and Ina turned out like they actually gave a fucking damn. Calli's wigger outfit gives me serious vibes of 'ugh, cover me up so these creepy weirdos will stop looking at me', which is basically just standard Calli vibes, deadbeat cope notwithstanding.

Gura literally just did not give a fuck, and clearly neither did her rigger.
