There's is a difference between motivation and inspiration. Your oshi should inspire you to be better, that is a big part of the idol/fan relationship; watching your oshi grow and being inspired to grow along with her. But she should not be your motivation to actually go out and do it. If you rely on something else to motivate you, you will crumble without it, and you need to be stronger than that, for her sake as well as yours. Let your dreams of carrying your oshi inspire you to better yourself, but don't use her like a crutch to actually motivate yourself to follow that inspiration.
