For those unfamiliar, this is the final phase of the male vtuber: "giving up"

In order to compensate for their personal failures as a streamer, a male vtuber might start bragging about their access to female vtubers to the audience that refuses to watch him.
"I will fuck your oshi" and statements of the sort are usually the equivalent of someone losing on videogames and then writing "but I get laid" in the chat. Every male vtuber starts with the dream of becoming famous and when he realizes it isn't going to happen, he seeks for self value elsewhere. This is actually extremely common among failed vtubers about to graduate, those who are still trying to make it know better than antagonizing their potential viewers.

Fallout 76 is playable with friends but it's not free this month with prime games. You're probably better off sticking to valorant.
ARK is multiplayer but you'd have to learn to rely and work together with your friends in that game so it wouldn't be mindless pew pew and on top of that it's a dying MMO. It also costs money. Also a lot of ARK is AFK so it wouldn't be interesting to your audience.
Check out some old Holo live videos if you want to see some ARK stuff. If you tweak the settings you can make it a easier game to do role play in but I'm sure your friends aren't into that weird stuff.

Depends on what you mean by best streamer. Most popular streamers got in early or benefitted from nepotism.

Like look at Ironmouse, very good streamer, popular but she was streaming for like 9 fucking years. Bat has been streaming forever and was a 2view until she rebranded as a vtuber. Growth tends to happen in leaps and bounds not a steady climb unless you have outside connections and meticulously craft your content to be algorithm friendly (Randon, Southside, etc.)

Pure raw talent can only get you so far especially in a small market like "english speaking vtuber" where there's a ton of people doing it and the ones who already have a foothold are going to protect their spot. You see it in other categories too like people who specialize in a specific franchise or game where say someone who's in the top 0.01% rank for a popular game and is a good streamer can have like double digit viewers while some screaming zoomerlord will always have 100x the viewership simply because they've been around longer or had connections with other people on the top before starting.

Basically the same deal as anything in life I guess.
