The live concert was beautiful, the choreography was a nice addition, the MGO segment w/both Comet arranges felt like a nice change of pace and Antigravity with Mito caught me by surprise. I just wish to know whatever happened to the mixing, it was fucking dreadful at times.
The stream barely lagged for me, I was even able to watch it in FHD, only time were it really stopped dead was near the end.

2023 looks like it's going to have even bigger things in store for her and I'm excited to see what she comes up with next.

I can't remember start in the screen that well but even back then tons of anons were saying it sucked and that the guests sung better. That was back in /jp/ so it was because of that, but really every Suilive has gotten flack on 4chan.

To be perfectly honest, I don't think live singing is Suisei's strength. I think she's a good singer but not one that shines doing live singing.
She's definitely improved if you go watch her first live where she sang with Anemachi that being said her uta's at home are usually solid so maybe when it comes to 3D lives it's nerves/mixing or various other factors.

Probably true. Sora and AZKi were and still are better technically.

Kanata was a better singer before her Meniere's got worse, not to mention the rough COVID symptoms.

Towa is a worse singer but a better dancer.

Matsuri was the best dancer in Hololive back then and the Saint Snow song was more of a dance number.

Plus, guests should perform better since they have fewer pieces they need to work on all else being equal. Much easier when it's one and done.

I'm hopeful that the surgery will help her in the long run as long as she doesn't push herself and make things worse again. Hopefully she was also taught some things to take better care of her throat to help her recovery.
